How to Pay My Bill

  1. In-Person Payments
    • Payments can be made at the Cashier’s Office or at any CWC Outreach Center using cash, check, or credit card. Please keep in mind, credit card payments made in person or over the phone are subject to a 4% processing fee. The Cashier’s Office can be reached at 307-855-2107.
  2. Self Service Payment
    • Payments (credit card or electronic check) can be made online through your myCentral PortalRustler Central → Student Finance → Make A Payment.

Payment Plan Options

CWC offers payment arrangements for the current semester through your Self-Service account. myCentral Portal → Rustler Central → Student Finance → Make A Payment→ Create Payment Plan.

Payment plans include a $20 set-up fee included in the first payment and payments are made monthly. All payment plan schedules are designed to be completed by the end of the semester. Payment arrangements cannot be made for prior semester balances.

Late payments are assessed at the rate of $20 per month. There are no income or credit restrictions, nor is there any interest or carrying charges. Any student that is delinquent on paying will not be eligible for another payment plan the next attending semester and will be required to pay in full prior to the start of that semester.

Rusty Bucks

  1. Rusty Bucks are used to make purchases at the bookstore, select vending machines on campus, the Grind, and Rusty’s Corner. They are currency that can be purchased at the Cashier’s Office and are nonrefundable.
  2. For every $100 that you purchase, you will receive an additional $10 in Rusty Bucks. This occurs for every $100 that is purchased.
  3. Financial Aid can be used to purchase Rusty Bucks before the disbursement dates. $220 max/semester that is assessed by both Financial Aid and the Business Office.  
  4.
